Angelina Benitez & Rebecca Lang

Angelina and Rebecca strived to create genuine work embracing their queerness. They started dancing together at Salem State University where they were both recipients of the Presidential Arts Scholarship. There, Angelina received a B.A. in both Modern/Contemporary Dance and Spanish World, Language, and Culture while Rebecca received a bachelor's degree in Social Work, as well as a minor in dance.  Their recent performance credits include Dancing Queerly and Tiny & Short: A Drop in the Bucket at The Dance Complex, Mind the Gap at Green Street Studios, OnStage 360°, and concerts at Salem State.   One of their collaborations, We are. was presented at New England’s American College Dance Association Conference in a formal adjudicated concert.  When they aren’t performing together, they teach dance.
